I am most interested in structure: why one story feels complete, why another loses momentum, and how an ordinary scene gains weight because of where it is placed. When a score is useful, it records my experience rather than a universal ranking. Most pieces do not need one.

Major spoilers are marked. Articles may discuss premises and broad structure without warning. If a work, review copy, event access, or other consideration is supplied, that relationship will be disclosed at the beginning of the article.

Header and thumbnail images are official promotional materials credited on each article. All artwork remains the property of its respective creators and publishers.
